If You’re Scared of Antifa, Congratulations: You’re a Fascist
If my title offended you: good. It was aimed at you.
This should be a simple concept, right? Antifa is literally just the shortened words: Anti Fascist. They exist to combat the rise of another regime like that of the Nazis. People who used their power to instill fear, paranoia, and hate, until Germany turned on its own people.
What do you think we’re doing in the USA right now?
ICE is willing to get violent against protestors trying to protect their neighbors, coworkers, and friends. Alex Pretti is one of the most recent examples. An ICU nurse that was staunchly against what our country is doing, trying to get in between agents and their victim. He was shot for his actions, and then was called a terrorist by the current administration. But why would they care if he’s Antifa if they weren’t fascists that need stopping?
Why don’t you ask why someone would stand up to federal agents, rather than framing him as a violent threat?
Then let’s get into what the Trump administration is doing to our education system. They’re taking away knowledge from our kids because they’re afraid of what’s different. First it was Critical Race Theory, because it hit too close to home to the white supremacists to be called out to their children. Then came gender studies. Your kids can’t know about different genders or sexuality, because that would be telling them what to believe. But telling them that being straight, and only men and women is the only thing that’s normal, is somehow less restrictive?
How is that not fascist?
The right cares about too much regulation until it benefits them.
If you fear Antifa, you’re a fascist. Or, at the very least, you’re enabling it. If you truly cared about america and patriotism, you’d stand up for your neighbors, your coworkers, and your friends. You’d look out for the poor and homeless, and it wouldn’t matter what color their skin is, or what culture they come from.
But that would require some real effort and introspection on your own indifference. You fly big american flags on the back of your hillbilly pickups because you’re too afraid to fly the confederate and nazi flags. You’re not a patriot. You’re not defending anything. You’re a coward that’s afraid of change and difference. Grow a pair instead of putting truck nuts on your small dick mobile.
If you’re offended by this: good. I’m tired of sharing air with you, and you deserve to be hated, ridiculed, and mocked. Society doesn’t need you.
